Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction, looking to take responsibility for major new build developments?
We're recruiting for an established Tier 1 main contractor looking to strengthen its residential delivery team in Yorkshire.
The business delivers a range of residential projects, including RC frame developments, affordable housing and townhouses, with values reaching circa £50m.
They're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering residential schemes within a main contractor environment.
The Role;
- Oversee the delivery of residential projects up to circa £50m
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and on programme
- Work closely with commercial, design and planning teams
- Monitor progress, manage key milestones and resolve delivery issues
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Oversee projects through to completion and handover
What We're Looking For;
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
- Strong background delivering residential construction projects
- Experience with RC frame developments, affordable housing or townhouses
- Comfortable managing larger projects and multiple subcontract packages
- Good understanding of construction programmes and project delivery
- Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills
