Project Manager | Construction | Yorkshire | £55k - £65k + Package
We're currently working with a growing construction contractor to recruit a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of construction projects across multiple sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail and infrastructure projects.
The role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Overseeing programme, budget, quality and project performance
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Managing client relationships and project reporting
- Monitoring health & safety, compliance and construction standards
- Resolving issues and ensuring successful project delivery
What You'll Need;
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial or civil engineering projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of construction programmes, contracts and project controls
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Relevant construction or project management qualification
