Project Manager | Main Contracting | Leeds | £60k - £70k + Package
We're currently working with a leading construction business to recruit a Project Manager to deliver a £12m project based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the full delivery of the scheme, with a particular focus on managing the design process, coordinating consultants and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Managing the delivery of a £12m construction project from pre-construction through to completion.
- Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance.
- Managing the design process, coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Reviewing design information, resolving technical queries and driving design progress.
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitoring progress, risk and commercial performance.
What You'll Need;
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within a main contracting environment.
- Proven experience delivering projects of a similar value and complexity.
- Strong understanding of the design and pre-construction process.
- Experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors and technical teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
