You will be working within a close-knit commercial team.
You will be reporting into a Commercial Manager.

This contractor provides really good support and training to help you to be successful in your career with Directors who are keen to pass on their knowledge.
You:
You will have worked for an Affordable Housing Contractor/Developer or Spec House Builder.
You will be able to commute to their office in Lancashire.
You will be IT literate and contractually aware.
