To support this growth, they are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to take on the financial management of projects, they would be open to seeing candidates from an Intermediate to Senior QS level and can accommodate for experience
Operating within a close-knit commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring commercial viability on each project
You will need:
- At least 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within a main contractor environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Understanding of commercial and contractual principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous professional development
