The Role

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis to join an established Commercial team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK.

Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you’ll work closely with the commercial, operations and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly and commercially on track.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and get involved from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the commercial and contractual side of projects.

Monitoring costs, cash flow, profitability and risks.

Preparing monthly cost reports and valuations.

Managing variations and final accounts.

Working closely with the site and Contracts Management teams.

Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.
