We're working with a well-established and growing main contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial Manager to take a leading role within their commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, taking ownership of commercial performance across multiple projects while helping to develop and mentor a small team.

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Lead the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.
  • Manage cost control, forecasting, reporting, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Oversee valuations, variations, change control, and contractual compliance.
  • Mentor and develop junior commercial staff.
  • Work closely with operational teams to maximise project profitability.
  • Support commercial strategy and continuous business growth.

What You'll Need;

  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of commercial management within the construction industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and leading commercial teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management qualification.
