Senior Project Manager | North Leeds | £80k - £90k + Package
I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale education project in North Leeds on behalf of a highly respected, tier one contractor
This is a key leadership role, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, commercial and safety objectives are achieved
The Role:
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale new build education scheme
- Take full responsibility for programme, budget and quality performance
- Manage internal teams and key subcontractors
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive health & safety and operational excellence on site
- Report to senior leadership and contribute to strategic project decisions
About You:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale (£40m+) new build projects
- Education sector experience desirable
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Commercially aware with excellent programme management skills
- Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
