We are working with a Yorkshire based contractor who work nationwide, specialising in commercial, industrial, education and healthcare schemes valued up to £6m. With a turnover in excess of £60m per annum, they have built an enviable reputation of clients across the country.
They are looking to recruit a Site Manager who is experienced in fit outs, to work alongside their current team on a £2.5m retail development in Liverpool. They are looking for someone who isn't opposed to working away or travelling as when this development has completed the work will be further afield.
You will be:
- Experienced in working on projects valued upto circa £2m.
- Happy to travel/work away
- You'll need to hold your SMSTS, CSCS card & First Aid
