The Company:
We are working with a successful regional contractor who, due to securing a number of contracts across Manchester have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team.
The majority of the work they secure comes from private clients. They deliver varied and interesting projects including residential schemes for high-net-worth individuals, these can also be remodels or extensions. Also, taking on schemes in the healthcare and commercial sectors, with schemed generally valued to £4m.
The Role:
They have recently experienced controlled growth and are in a position to recruit a Site Manager to work on one of their luxury schemes in Manchester.
They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working for a main contractor/housebuilder working on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
You will be based in or able to travel to the North West of England on a daily basis.
