Site Manager | West Yorkshire | £40k - £50k + Package

I’m currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a well-established and highly respected regional contractor delivering a new build affordable housing scheme in West Yorkshire.

This role will see you working closely with an experienced Senior Site Manager, supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project.

The Role:

• Support the Senior Site Manager in delivering a new build residential development
• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high quality
• Maintain site records and ensure full H&S compliance
• Drive standards across the project

About You:

• Experience in site management within construction
• New build affordable housing experience desirable, not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop long term
