Site Manager | Façade / Cladding | Nationwide | £50k - £60k + Package
Our client, a Leeds-based contractor with a c£15m turnover, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee façade and cladding works across a variety of projects up to £4m
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Your role will include managing site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining excellent client relationships
The ideal candidate will bring strong main contracting experience, a proven track record in façade and cladding projects, and a willingness to work away as needed
Responsibilities;
- Manage and oversee façade and cladding installation works on site
- Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor progress against programme and budgets
- Report regularly to senior management on site progress
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Resolve any issues or delays swiftly to keep projects on track
