Site Manager - Permanent | West Yorkshire | £50k - £55k + Package
We are seeking to recruit a Site Manager on behalf of a reputable local contractor who specialise in delivering healthcare projects across West Yorkshire
With a turnover of c£20m and an expanding order book driven by recent new project wins, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and established company
Responsibilities;
- Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor progress against programme and budgets
- Report regularly to senior management on site progress
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Resolve any issues or delays swiftly to keep projects on track
You will need;
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within main contracting environments
- Capability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience delivering healthcare projects is desirable
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
- Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
