Site Manager | Regional Contractor | South Yorkshire | £50k - £60k + Package
I’m working with a growing regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager due to an increasing pipeline of projects across Yorkshire and the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, forward-thinking business delivering projects across residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
The Role;
You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site operations from start through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme targets are met
- Driving health & safety standards and site compliance
- Monitoring quality to ensure projects are delivered right first time
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
- Managing site logistics, sequencing, and short-term programming
- Reporting progress and proactively resolving on-site issues
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within a UK main contractor
- Experience delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, education, or healthcare
- Strong understanding of site operations and programme delivery
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on site
- Must have the right to work in the UK
