A well-established and highly successful fit-out contractor, recognised as a leading name in the industry, is looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager.
They deliver high-quality fit-out, D&B and refurbishment schemes across the Education, Hospitality and Leisure sectors, with projects typically valued up to £8m.
The Role:
They have asked us to source a Snr Site Manager to work on interesting and technically challenging refurbishment and D&B schemes.
The role will sit within the Special Projects Division and you will be working with an experienced Senior Management team, a Commercial Leader and an Operations Manager.
They’ve built an enviable reputation and work for a mixture of blue-chip clients and independents nationwide. You’ll need to be prepared to travel.
Requirements:

Experience working as a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager

Strong background in new build & refurbishment projects

Experience within education, leisure or commercial sectors

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Proven experience leading new build schemes

Be willing to travel.
