Site Manager
Privately Owned House Builder
£55k - £65k + car allowance and package
We are currently working with a privately owned house builder looking to add a Site Manager to join their team on-site in Stoke. They are currently working on a flagship development which has a build programme of the next 10 years plus. You'll be joining an experienced team and be given the time to take real pride in the plots you're building!
You:
- Ideally a former NHBC Award Winner with a passion for building quality homes
- Experienced Site Manager in the housing sector
- You'll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First aid to be considered for this role
- You will be based in or be able to commute to Stoke
