Site Manager | Bradford | £55k–£60k + Benefits
We're currently working with an established residential developer to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position delivering a number of traditional build housing developments across the Bradford region.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site, overseeing subcontractors, programme, quality, health & safety and delivery through to completion. The business has a strong pipeline of work across Bradford, providing a stable long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career with an established developer.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of traditional build residential developments
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and plant
- Managing programme, progress and short-term planning
- Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
- Managing health & safety and site compliance
- Liaising with the client, consultants and wider project team
- Managing snagging, handover and completion
- Maintaining site records and ensuring works are delivered to programme
What You'll Need;
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
- Strong traditional build experience
- Good knowledge of residential construction, ideally from groundworks through to handover
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and programme management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- A stable employment background with evidence of longevity in previous roles
